Приведено описание клинического случая с акцентом на возможную вторичную профилактику тромбоэмболий аритмогенного происхождения с применением прямого ингибитора тромбина дабигатрана. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article highlights the prevention of thromboembolic events in patients with atrial fibrillation.
