Описание методического подхода проиллюстрировано клиническим случаем. Продемонстрированы высокая информативность и удовлетворительная индивидуальная переносимость нейрофизиологического исследования. Послеоперационная динамика когнитивных и электроэнцефалографических показателей у пациентки старческого возраста позволила выявить признаки послеоперационной когнитивной и корковой дисфункций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Thе article describes the methodological approach to the assessment of the neurophysiological status of patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation, including cognitive screening, extended neuropsychological testing with the identification of postoperative cognitive dysfunction and electroencephalographic study used in daily practice at the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Research Institute of Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases”, Kemerovo. The approach was illustrated by a clinical case. The neurophysiological method demonstrated an informational value and satisfactory individual tolerance.
