Оценены представленные в литературе непосредственные результаты, а также перспективность заявленной методики. Постулирована необходимость изучения отдаленных результатов хирургического лечения и совершенствования данной техники реконструкции.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Резюме</title><p>Резюме</p><p>Протезирование митрального клапана с использованием аутологичного перикарда – новый перспективный метод лечения широкого спектра заболеваний митрального клапана при невозможности его реконструкции. К преимуществам данного метода относятся отсутствие необходимости пожизненного приема антикоагулянтов, а также оптимальная коаптация створок. В обзоре описаны исторические аспекты протезирования митрального клапана аутоперикардом, упоминаются первые вмешательства, отражена эволюция техники протезирования митрального клапана аутоперикардом.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Highlights</title><p>Highlights </p><p>This article describes not only the contribution of surgeons from different countries and the evolution of the method, but also the contribution of domestic specialists. The article makes us wonder whether mitral valve reconstruction with autopericardium is really a promising technique. Further study of the long-term results and improvement of the technique are necessary.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Abstract</title><p>Abstract</p><p>Mitral valve replacement with autologous pericardium is a new perspective method of treatment, which can be used for a wide range of mitral valve diseases when its reconstruction is not possible. Thanks to this method, there is no need for lifelong administration of anticoagulants, and optimal coaptation of the leaflets is provided.
