Представлен клинический случай электрофизиологического исследования и катетерной аблации атриовентрикулярной узловой реципрокной тахикардии типа slow/slow при наличии атриовентрикулярной блокады первой степени, имитирующей предсердную эктопическую или ортодромную тахикардию. Описаны приемы дифференциальной диагностики и объяснены механизмы феномена.
