Рассмотрены проблемы на этапах предоперационной подготовки пациента, анестезиологического обеспечения, собственно повторного хирургического вмешательства, раннего послеоперационного периода и выбор оптимальных путей их решения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A 73-year-old patient with mitral valve bioprosthesis dysfunction underwent successful redo heart valve replacement.
