При этом исторически женщины имеют более неблагоприятное послеоперационное течение по сравнению с мужчинами. Женский пол является независимым фактором интраоперационной, ближайшей и отдаленной смертности, обусловленной коронарным шунтированием. В статье представлены история изучения и сравнение исходов коронарного шунтирования у мужчин и женщин, упомянуты причины неблагоприятных исходов среди женщин, а также перспективы изучения данной проблемы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Highlights</title><p>Highlights</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Abstract</title><p>Abstract</p><p>Over the past 60 years, coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) has evolved into a well-refined, safe, and effective procedure that has demonstrated a steady decline in postoperative complications. However, historically, women have experienced worse postoperative outcomes compared to men. Female sex is an independent factor for intraoperative, short-term, and long-term mortality following CABG.
