Перфорация сердца является редким осложнением имплантации электрокардиостимуляторов и кардиовертера-дефибриллятора, которое может привести к летальному исходу. В настоящее время не существует однозначного мнения относительно тактики ведения пациентов с перфорацией эндокардиальным электродом. В настоящем обзоре мы суммируем актуальную информацию об основных методах диагностики и лечения перфорации миокарда. Также особое внимание уделено основным факторам, способствующим возникновению данного осложнения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Highlights</title><p>Highlights </p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Absract</title><p>Absract </p><p>The increasing number of implantations of antiarrhythmic electronic implantable devices to an increase in the absolute number of complications. Cardiac perforation is a rare complication of pacemaker and cardioverter-defibrillator implantation, which can lead to death. Currently, there is no unequivocal opinion on the management tactics for patients with endocardial lead perforation. In this review, we summarize the current information on the main methods of diagnosis and treatment of myocardial perforation.
