Оценка динамики и вариабельности числа операций по реваскуляризации миокарда при ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) в субъектах Российской Федерации за 2014–2023 гг.; возможности модификации учета и анализа данных.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Использованы данные Росстата за 2014–2023 гг. из формы федерального статистического наблюдения (ФФСН) № 14, таблицы 2000 – сведения о числе операций при ИБС, проведенных в стационарах Российской Федерации.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлен рост числа операций по реваскуляризации миокарда: (среднерегиональное суммарное число операций аортокоронарного шунтирования (АКШ) плюс ангиопластика коронарных артерий (КА) увеличилось в 2023 г. по сравнению с 2014 г. на 33,6 ± 27,5%). Региональная вариабельность по числу АКШ и ангиопластике КА увеличилась; их соотношение в 2014 г. составляло 7,4 ± 2,2 и 38 ± 23 в 2023 г. Только в 21 регионе все 10 лет выполнялось более 300 операций КШ в год, из них в 5 – более 1 000. Пандемия COVID-19 оказала влияние на объемы операций при ИБС (по сравнению с 2019 г. в 2020 г. число выполняемых операций уменьшилось в 60 регионах, в 2021 г. по сравнению с 2019 г. в 32 регионах).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Регионы значительно отличаются по объемам операций реваскуляризации и соотношению видов реваскуляризации миокарда. ФФСН не позволяет оценивать причины различий и происходящих изменений, необходимы специализированные исследования.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Highlights</title><p>Highlights</p><p>The regions of the Russian Federation differ significantly in the dynamics and ratio of the number of coronary artery bypass grafting and coronary artery angioplasty, which is associated not only with the indications for the use of these methods.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Absract</title><p>Absract</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess the dynamics and variability of the number of myocardial revascularization operations for ischemic heart disease (IHD) in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for 2014–2023; possibilities of modifying the accounting and analysis of data.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The data of Rosstat for 2014–2023 from the federal statistical observation form (FFSN) No. 14, table 2000 – information on the number of operations for ischemic heart disease performed in hospitals of the Russian Federation were used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. An increase in the number of myocardial revascularization operations was revealed: (the average regional total number of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) operations plus angioplasty increased in 2023 compared to 2014 by 33.6 ± 27.5%). Regional variability in the number of CABG and angioplasty increased; their ratio in 2014 was 7.4 ± 2.2 and 38 ± 23 in 2023. Only in 21 regions more than 300 CABG surgeries were performed per year for all 10 years, of which 5 regions performed more than 1000. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the volume of operations for coronary heart disease (compared to 2019, in 2020 the number of operations performed decreased in 60 regions, in 2021 compared to 2019 in 32 regions).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Regions differ significantly in the volume of revascularization surgeries and the ratio of myocardial revascularization types.
