проводника в левом желудочке и коронарного проводника в бедренной артерии. Описана методика сверхчастой стимуляции желудочков сердца – в частности, использование коронарного проводника в бедренной артерии, подход проиллюстрирован на клиническом примере. Предложенный способ позволяет успешно проводить транскатетерное вмешательство на аортальном клапане: он обеспечивает стойкую сверхчастую стимуляцию желудочков на небольших амплитудах, при этом не требует дополнительных манипуляций, новых доступов, специального инструментария и дополнительных материальных затрат.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Highlights</title><p>Highlights</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Absract</title><p>Absract</p><p>The publication presents and substantiates the methodology of pacing in TIAC using an ultra-rigid conductor in the left ventricle and a coronary conductor in the femoral artery. A technique for ultra–frequent stimulation of the ventricles of the heart is described, in particular, the use of a coronary artery in the femoral artery, the approach is illustrated by a clinical example.
