</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучить взаимосвязь между степенью выраженности проявлений синдрома старческой астении (ССА) и концентрацией 25-ОН витамина D общего в сыворотке крови пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) перед проведением планового чрескожного коронарного вмешательства (ЧКВ).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В одноцентовое когортное исследование было включено 174 пациента с ИБС, поступивших в клинику с целью проведения планового ЧКВ. Средний возраст изучаемой выборки составил 67,38 ± 8,31 лет, мужчин – 61,5%. Для скрининга старческой астении был использован опросник «Возраст не помеха» (2 балла и менее – отсутствие старческой астении, 3–4 балла – преастении, 5–7 баллов – ССА). Для определения концентрации 25-ОН витамина D общего применялся иммуноферментный анализ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При проведении количественного анализа баллов по опроснику «Возраст не помеха», ССА был выявлен в 8,6% (n = 15), а преастения – у 38,0% (n = 66) пациентов с ИБС. В связи с небольшим количеством «хрупких» пациентов в изучаемой выборке, пациенты с преастенией и ССА были объединены в одну группу – 46,6% (81 человек). Значимо чаще «хрупкими» пациентами с ИБС перед плановым ЧКВ являются женщины пожилого возраста. При этом был обнаружен более низкий уровень 25-ОН витамина D общего в сыворотке крови «хрупких» пациентов с ИБС в сравнении с пациентами без ССА (20,02 ± 7,36 (17,53–22,51) нг/мл и 23,91 ± 8,92 (21,02–26,81) нг/мл, р = 0,044 соответственно). С помощью корреляционного анализа была установлена умеренной силы обратная связь между концентрацией 25-ОН витамина D общего в сыворотке крови пациентов преимущественно женского пола со стабильной формой ИБС и критериями старческой астении по опроснику «Возраст не помеха» (ρ = –0, 390, p = 0,024).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Выявлены значимые ассоциации между уровнем 25-ОН витамина D общего в сыворотке крови пациентов с ИБС перед плановым ЧКВ и степенью выраженности проявлений ССА по данным опросника «Возраст не помеха».</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Highlights</title><p>Highlights</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The work aimed to examine the association between the severity of frailty and serum total vitamin D (25-OH) levels in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. A single-center cohort study included 174 patients with CAD who were admitted for elective PCI. The mean age was 67.38 ± 8.31 years; 61.5% patients were male. The Age No Hindrance questionnaire was used to screen for prefrailty and frailty (≤ 2 points: no frailty, 3–4 points: prefrailty, 5–7 points: frailty). Total vitamin D (25-OH) levels were assessed by enzyme immunoassay.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The incidence of prefrailty and frailty in patients with CAD according to Age No Hindrance scores was 38.0% (n = 66) and 8.6% (n = 15) respectively. Given the low incidence of frailty in the study sample, patients with prefrailty and frailty comprised a single group (46.6%, n = 81). Frailty was significantly more likely in older women with CAD before elective PCI. Frailty in patients with CAD was associated with significantly lower serum total vitamin D (25-OH) levels compared to non-frail patients (20.02 ± 7.36 (17.53–22.51) ng/mL vs. 23.91 ± 8.92 (21.02–26.81) ng/mL, р = 0.044). A correlation analysis revealed a moderate association between Age No Hindrance scores and serum total vitamin D (25-OH) levels in (mainly female) patients with stable CAD (ρ = –0.390, p = 0.024).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
