Несмотря на стремительное развитие высокотехнологичных и малоинвазивных методов лечения болезней системы кровообращения, проблема инфекционных осложнений после операции на сердце остается крайне острой. Пациенты кардиохирургического профиля отличаются тяжелым состоянием, а сами операции сопряжены с высоким риском осложнений, которые характеризуются значительной распространенностью, летальностью и наносят колоссальный экономический ущерб. Детально описаны основные формы инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи, их возбудители, а также факторы риска и современным подходам к профилактике, среди которых приоритет отдается риск-ориентированным технологиям, как наиболее эффективной системе профилактики нежелательных событий в кардиохирургии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Highlights</title><p>Highlights</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Abstract</title><p>Abstract</p><p>The review is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the epidemic process of healthcare-associated infections in cardiac surgery. Despite the rapid development of high-tech and minimally invasive methods for treating circulatory system diseases, the problem of infectious complications after heart surgery remains extremely acute. Cardiac surgery patients present in severe condition, and the surgeries themselves carry a high risk of complications, characterized by significant prevalence, mortality, and colossal economic damage. The main forms of healthcare-associated infections, their pathogens, as well as risk factors and modern prevention approaches are described in detail.
