Существующие стратегии предупреждения постперфузионного системного воспаления не являются достаточно эффективными. Улучшение результатов лечения связано с изменением хирургической техники (коронарное шунтирование на работающем сердце), модификацией искусственного кровообращения и медикаментозной терапией. Настоящий дайджест по материалам современных систематических обзоров и метаанализов выполнен с целью обобщения основных ключевых моментов исследований по предотвращению постперфузионных осложнений. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cardiopulmonary bypass is known to cause a systemic inflammatory response. Strategies to curb systemic inflammation have been previously described. However, none of them is adequate. Improved patient outcomes are strongly associated with surgical technique (offpump coronary artery bypass), cardiopulmonary bypass modalities or drug strategies.
