Использование предоперационного ультразвукового маркирования подкожных вен, ультразвукового гармонического скальпеля, осевой интраоперационной маркировки аутовен.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Применение предложенных щадящих технических приёмов при эксплантации и использовании фрагментов аутовен в качестве коронарных шунтов в отличие от классических методов, позволяет существенно увеличить сроки функционирования аутовенозных коронарных шунтов у больных с ИБС в средне-отдалённом периоде.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Проведённое исследование показало, что совершенствование приёмов бережной эксплантации аутовен для коронарного шунтирования и качественное позиционирование в коронарном русле, способствуют лучшей проходимости аутовенозных шунтов в средне-отдалённом послеоперационном периоде.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The purpose</title><p>The purpose. Preservation of native properties of autologous vein for coronary artery bypass grafting.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The use of preoperative ultrasound marking saphenous veins, ultrasonic harmonic scalpel, axial intraoperative marking outs.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The use of techniques proposed by sparing with explantation and transposition outs in the coronary arteries, in contrast to the classical methods, can significantly increase the duration of the functioning autovenous coronary bypass grafts in patients with coronary heart disease in the long term.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Studies have shown that improving techniques of careful explantation outs for coronary artery bypass grafting and qualitative positioning in the coronary arteries, contribute to a better patency vein grafts in the late postoperative period.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эксплантация подкожных вен</kwd><kwd>щадящие методики</kwd><kwd>коронарное шунтирование</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>explantation saphenous vein</kwd><kwd>sparing procedures</kwd><kwd>coronary artery bypass grafting</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Cao C., Ang Su C., Wolak K., Peeceeyen S., Bannon P.,Yan T.D.
