Авторы представляют обзор эпидемиологии, факторов риска, предикторов и способов прогнозирования, принципиальных направлений коррекции и профилактики подобных осложнений. Отмечается, что способы ультразвуковой (контраст-индуцированная ультразвуковая диагностика) и лучевой (селективная мезентериальная ангиография) диагностики и варианты модификации экстракорпоральной перфузии и фармакологической защиты желудочно-кишечного тракта могут быть оптимальными для ведения данной категории больных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abdominal catastrophe occurring after cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass, takes the leading place in the structure of possible complications. The authors present a review of the epidemiology, risk factors, and predictors of forecasting, principal directions of correction and prevention of such complications.
