В статье представлен обзор 13 рекомендаций профессиональных сообществ (Россия, США, Канада, Великобритания, страны Евросоюза) за период 2012-2016 гг., в которых представлена тактика ведения пациентов с хроническими формами ИБС и вторичной профилактики. Рассмотрены следующие препараты/методы лечения: 1) фитостеролы, растительные вязкие волокна, мипомерсен, омега-3-жирные кислоты, липаферез, хелаты в качестве терапии, направленной на снижение уровня липидов крови и риска сердечно-сосудистых событий (ССС); 2) триметазидин, никорандил, трансми окардиальная лазерная реваскуляризация миокарда (ТМЛРМ), акупунктура, стимуляция спинного мозга -  в качестве терапии, направленной на облегчение болевого синдрома (при рефрактерной стенокардии).

The article provides an overview of 13 clinical guidelines (Russia, USA, Canada, UK, EU countries) on the management of patients with chronic coronary artery disease and secondary prevention, published in the period 2012-2016. The following drugs / treatment strategies are discussed: 1) phytosterols and soluble dietary fibers, mipomersen, omega-3-fatty acids, lipapheresis, chelates as a therapy aimed at reducing blood lipid levels and risk of cardiovascular events; 2) trimetazidine, nicorandil, transmyocardial laser revas-cularization, acupuncture, spinal cord stimulation as a therapy aimed at relieving pain (in case of refractory angina pectoris).
