В приведенном клиническом случае мы описали новую технику поддержки проводникового катетера при вмешательстве на хронической окклюзии коронарной артерии через трансрадиальный доступ – «TransRadial Ultra Support Technique».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Adequate guide support is crucial for percutaneous coronary interventions complicated by unfavorable coronary artery anatomy, pronounced calcification, or the presence of chronic total occlusion.
