Пролонгированный ЭКГ мониторинг позволяет получить большой объем диагностической информации и оптимизировать ведение пациентов с асимптомным течением ФП путем своевременного назначения антикоагулянтной терапии. Это имеет принципиальное значение в профилактике тромбоэмболических осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review presents current data on the use of the long-term ECG monitoring for the management of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Long-term ECG monitoring allows receiving large amounts of diagnostic data and optimizes clinical management by the timely start of anticoagulant therapy in the patients with silent AF.
