Анализ собственного опыта использования мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии (МСКТ) в диагностике врожденных пороков сердца (ВПС) у детей первых лет жизни, определение эффективности данной методики.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проанализированы данные МСКТ пациентов с ВПС (n=156, средний возраст 3,5 (2; 9,7) мес). Обследование проводили на 64-срезовом компьютерном томографе с болюсным введением рентгеноконтрастного препарата.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Отмечена высокая диагностическая информативность МСКТ в отношении морфометрии коарктации аорты, открытого артериального протока до и после оперативного вмешательства. Определены возможности метода в отношении больных с тетрадой Фалло и аномальным дренажем легочных вен. С использованием МСКТ у 55 больных с ВПС выявлены также патологические изменения со стороны бронхолегочной системы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Использование МСКТ в диагностике ВПС у детей первых лет жизни позволяет получить точные морфометрические данные, касающиеся ВПС, оценить сопутствующую некардиальную патологию, определить дальнейшую тактику лечения, провести планирование оперативной коррекции порока и оценить результаты хирургического вмешательства.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. Analysis of the own experience with multislice computed tomography (MSCT) in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease (CHD) in children in the first years of life and determine the effectiveness of this technique.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We analyzed MSCT data of patients with CHD (n = 156, mean age 3,5 (2; 9,7 mo), which was conducted on a 64-slice CT scanner with a bolus of X-ray contrast.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. We found excellent information content of MSCT in morphometry of coarctation of the aorta, ductus arteriosus in patients before and after surgical intervention. Possibilities of the method have been presented for patients with tetralogy of Fallot and anomalous pulmonary venous drainage. Pathological changes in the bronchopulmonary system were revealed in 55 patients with CHD by MSCT.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
