Представлены результаты успешного хирургического лечения пациента молодого возраста с крайне редкой патологией - кавернозной ангиомой мозжечка. Проведено открытое хирургическое вмешательство в объеме: резекционная краниотомия задней черепной ямки, стереотаксическое удаление кавернозной ангиомы и острой гематомы левой гемисферы мозжечка. Выбранная хирургическая тактика профилактировала развитие окклюзионной гидроцефалии и компрессии ствола, приводящих к сердечно-сосудистой недостаточности, нарушению сознания и фатальному исходу. Сделано заключение об эффективности данного способа лечения.

The article presents the results of the successful surgical treatment of the young patient with cerebellar cavernous angioma. The patient underwent posterior fossa craniotomy followed by stereotactic resection of cavernous angioma and acute hematoma in the left cerebellar hemisphere. The chosen surgical approach allowed preventing the development of obstructive hydrocephaly and compression of the brainstem, which may lead to cardiovascular failure, impaired consciousness and death. We concluded that this surgical strategy appeared to be effective.
