Определена общая лечебная стратегия при данной патологии, указывается на то, что в данной стратегии основным направлением по первичной и вторичной профилактике риска внезапной сердечной смерти является имплантация кардиовертеров-дефибрилляторов. Описаны основные проблемы, связанные с электроимпульсной терапией, в частности снижение Резюме              качества жизни пациентов. Определена роль катетерной радиочастотной аблации как основного метода лечения пациентов, находящихся в состоянии электрического шторма или испытывающих психологический дискомфорт в связи с частыми болезненными срабатываниями дефибрилляторов. Освещаются вопросы, касающиеся технических и тактических трудностей применения катетерной аблации, рассматриваются результаты недавно проведенных крупных клинических исследований, касающихся изучения ее эффективности и безопасности, в том числе в сравнении с другими лечебными стратегиями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article focuses on the role of catheter ablation in the treatment of ventricular tachycardias associated with myocardial fibrosis. The optimal treatment strategy has been determined. Particular attention is given to the implantation of cardioverter-defibrillators used for the primary and secondary prevention of sudden cardiac death. Poor quality of life and other main problems generally caused by the Abstract                electropulse therapy are described. The role of catheter radiofrequency ablation has been determined as the main method for treating patients experiencing electrical storm or psychological discomfort due to frequent painful defibrillations.
