В статье описаны современные представления о направлениях патофизиологии, современные подходы к интенсивной терапии, рассматривается концепция «фазности» терапии, а также рассматриваются способы механической поддержки кровообращения и предлагается рабочий алгоритм выбора оптимального метода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cardiogenic shock is a critical condition characterized by rapid development of multiple organ dysfunction in the absence of intensive care. The article describes Abstract    modern concepts about pathophysiology and approaches to treat intensive care. The concept of phased therapy as well as methods of mechanical circulatory support are discussed.
