Статья посвящена роли эхокардиографического исследования в современной неотложной кардиологии. Рассматриваются современные позиции, касающиеся видов исследований и возможности применения каждого из них в рутинной практике, а также клинические синдромы и алгоритмы диагностики с точки зрения клинической эхокардиографии. Статья предназначена для специалистов кардиологов и анестезиологов-реаниматологов, работающих в профильных отделениях по оказанию неотложной кардиологической помощи пациентам.

The review reports the role of echocardiography in acute cardiovascular care. Current concepts of the ultrasound examinations and the possibility of their application in routine practice are provided. Clinical syndromes and diagnosticechocardiographic algorithms are discussed. The article would be of particular interest for cardiologists and intensivists providing acute cardiovascular care.
