Известно, что анестетики обладают способностью влиять на иммунную систему и проявление СВО. Знание механизмов подобного влияния является клинически важным условием правильного выбора и применения анестетика с целью снижения проявления СВО и инфекционных осложнений в послеоперационном периоде.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) is a severe complication in surgical patients associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Anesthetics are known to produce certain effects on the immune system and the manifestation of SIRS.
