Изучить изменения электрической активности мозга по данным мощности биопотенциалов электроэнцефалограммы (ЭЭГ) в отдаленном периоде (1 год) коронарного шунтирования (КШ) в зависимости от степени поражения коронарных артерий.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В проспективное когортное исследование включены 65 пациентов, которые разделены на две группы в зависимости от степени поражения коронарных артерий по шкале SYNTAX: первая группа (n = 28) – пациенты с умеренным поражением коронарных артерий, SYNTAX ≤22; вторая группа (n = 37) – с тяжелым поражением коронарных артерий, SYNTAX ≥23. Исследования ЭЭГ проводились в предоперационном периоде (за 3–5 дней до КШ) и через год после вмешательства. Дисперсионный анализ с повторными сравнениями (ANOVA) использован для сравнения до- и послеоперационных показателей спектральной мощности биопотенциалов ЭЭГ в пяти кластерах правого и левого полушарий.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Через год после КШ пациенты с показателем по шкале SYNTAX ≥23 имели более высокие значения мощности биопотенциалов тета1-ритма по сравнению с пациентами с SYNTAX ≤22 (р = 0,018), тогда как до операции межгрупповых различий по показателям тета1-ритма не наблюдалось. Кроме того, у пациентов с тяжелым поражением коронарных артерий (SYNTAX ≥23) наблюдалось увеличение мощности тета1-ритма через год после операции по сравнению с предоперационными значениями (р = 0,017), тогда как у пациентов с SYNTAX ≤22 такого результата не выявлено.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У пациентов с тяжелой патологией коронарных артерий (SYNTAX ≥23) через год после КШ выявлены изменения количественной ЭЭГ, отражающие проявления кортикальной дисфункции. Продемонстрирована значимость тяжести коронарного атеросклероза, оцениваемой по шкале SYNTAX, как интегрального показателя, косвенно характеризующего нейрофизиологический статус пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim.To examine the brain electrical activity changes with the quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) indicators (the spectral power) in patients at 1 year after on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) depending on the severity of the coronary lesions.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods.65 patients were included in the study. Before performing CABG, they were divided into two groups depending on the severity of coronary artery disease according to the SYNTAX score: patients with mild coronary artery lesions – SYNTAX ≤22, (n = 28) and patients with severe coronary lesions – SYNTAX ≥ 23, (n = 37). EEG studies were performed in the preoperative period (at days 3–5 before GABG) and 1 year after surgery. Variance analysis with repeated comparisons (ANOVA) was used to compare pre-and postoperative EEG spectral power indicators in five clusters of the right and left hemispheres.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.Patients with SYNTAX ≥23 had higher theta rhythm power values as compared with patients with SYNTAX ≤22 (p = 0.018) at 1 year after CABG, whereas these groups were comparable before the surgery.
