В настоящее время миокардит остается достаточно распространенным заболеванием. Однако, несмотря на большое число имеющихся неинвазивных методик обследования сердца, четкие диагностические критерии миокардита и контроля лечения данного патологического процесса не определены.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучить особенности магнитно-резонансной томографии (МРТ) миокарда у пациентов с миокардитом на фоне консервативной терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Были проанализированы результаты магнитно-резонансной томографии миокарда у 25 больных миокардитом исходно и через 1, 3 и 6 месяцев на фоне лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлены различные типы включения контрастного препарата в миокард, которые в дальнейшем помогут в определении прогноза заболевания, подбора и контроля длительности проводимого лечения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Currently myocarditis remains fairly common disease. However, despite the great number of non-invasive methods of examination of the heart, clear diagnostic criteria of myocarditis and control treatment of the pathological process is not defined.</p></sec><sec><title>The purpose</title><p>The purpose. Explore the features of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the myocardium in patients with myocarditis on a background of conservative therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We analyzed the results of magnetic resonance imaging of the myocardium in 25 patients at baseline and after myocarditis 1, 3 and 6 months during treatment .</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
