До настоящего времени дискутабельными остаются вопросы выбора сроков начала реабилитации и интенсивности нагрузок. Кроме того, не до конца изучены и разработаны аспекты реабилитации пациентов пожилого возраста, больных с сочетанной патологией. В обзоре представлены результаты современных метаанализов и исследований, отражающих эффективность и безопасность очень ранних и ранних аэробных нагрузок в рамках реабилитации различных когорт пациентов, перенесших операцию на сердце. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review summarizes the core principles of immediate and early rehabilitation with aerobic exercises of various intensity in patients following cardiac surgery.</p><p>One of the main principles of cardiac rehabilitation is early mobilization of patients after cardiac surgery with the subsequent expansion of physical activity modes. The optimal time for commencing early rehabilitation and its intensity in patients who have undergone cardiac surgery remain controversial. In addition, cardiac rehabilitation programs for elderly patients and those with severe with comorbidities have not been studied yet.
