В представленном клиническом случае описаны результаты внутрисердечного электрофизиологического исследования донорского сердца и последующая катетерная аблация дополнительного пути проведения аллографта у пациента, страдавшего ортодромной тахикардией в раннем послеоперационном периоде.

The report describes the results of a donor heart intracardiac electrophysiological study and subsequent catheter ablation of accessory pathway of allograft in patient suffering of orthodromic tachycardia in the early postoperative period.
