Хроническая сердечная недостаточность занимает одно из лидирующих мест по числу летальных исходов от сердечно-сосудистых патологий. Несмотря на современные методы диагностики и лечения, нередко происходит декомпенсация заболевания. Немаловажным можно считать и то, острая декомпенсация сердечной недостаточности приводит к поражению почек, что также  является предиктором летального исхода. В настоящий момент множество биомаркеров позволяют оценить прогноз заболевания на ранних стадиях. В статье представлен обзор современных биомаркеров с учетом многомаркерной стратегии, а также определены наиболее диагностически значимые параметры оценки течения острой декомпенсации хронической сердечной недостаточности и развития почечной дисфункции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abstract. Chronic heart failure is one of the main contributors to the Global Burden of Cardiovascular Diseases. Despite advances in modern treatment, acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) incidence is high. Moreover, patients admitted for ADHF encounter renal impairment, which is another predictor of adverse outcome. There are number of biomarkers that allow clinicians to assess the prognosis of the disease in the early stages.
