Оценка способа моделирования хронической печеночной недостаточности, обусловленной венозным застоем в печени.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Экспериментальную модель застойной печени выполняли на крысах-самцах линии Вистар. Для получения хронического венозного застоя у лабораторных животных лигировали левую и промежуточную печеночные вены. Адекватность модели оценивали по биохимическим и морфологическим критериям. В печени экспериментальных животных были отмечены застойные явления, венозное полнокровие, расширение пространства Диссе, баллонная дистрофия, нарушение балочного строения печеночных долек, очаговые некрозы гепатоцитов. Были отмечены статистически достоверные изменения основных биохимических маркеров функционального состояния печени, свидетельствующие о развитии печеночной недостаточности. Установленные изменения, обусловленные экспериментальной хронической печеночной недостаточностью, по выраженности и направленности соответствуют нарушениям, отмеченным у больных с пороками трикуспидального и митрального клапанов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Предложенная модель хронической печеночной недостаточности может быть использована в экспериментальных исследованиях для оценки функционального состояния печени и определения эффективности медикаментозной коррекции печеночного застоя. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. The study was aimed at examining structural and functional hepatic changes in an experimental model of chronic hepatic failure due to venous congestion.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The experimental model of congestive liver was created in male Wistar rats. To model chronic venous congestion the left and intemediate hepatic veins were ligated. The model validity was assessed by biochemical and morphological criteria. In the liver of the experimental rats the signs of stasis, venous congestion, enlarged Disse's space, balloon dystrophy, impaired structure of the lobes and focal hepatocyte necrosis were observed. Statistically significant changes in the main biochemical markers of the functional liver condition showing hepatic failure development were registered in all the study timepoints: 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Those changes due to experimental chronic hepatic failure in their intensity and direction were similar to the changes in patients with tricuspid and mitral disorders.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
