СКРИНИНГ В КАРДИОЛОГИИ

Организация скрининга – сложный и дорогостоящий процесс. Многие страны внедрили и продолжают внедрять различные программы проверки состояния здоровья в популяционных группах, но одновременно происходит процесс отказа от скрининга на определенные заболевания. В кардиологии отдельные элементы скрининга присутствуют в рамках национальных программ по выявлению факторов риска и профилактики хронических неинфекционных заболеваний. Ни в одной стране нет скрининга всего населения на все известные ССЗ всеми известными методами диагностики. Принятие решения о проведении скрининга на отдельные ССЗ /факторы риска в рамках оппортунистического скрининга в целевых группах населения в разных странах варьируют, поскольку решение зависит от многих факторов. В статье рассмотрены преимущества и недостатки скрининга ССЗ, представлены примеры рекомендаций профессиональных сообществ и национальных служб США, Великобритании, Канады.
