Аннотация

Время «симптом – баллон» – краеугольный параметр качества национальной (региональной) системы организации реперфузии для пациентов инфарктом миокарда с подъемом сегмента ST (ИМпST). Множество причин задержки первичного чрескожного коронарного вмешательства (ЧКВ) требуют колоссальных организационных усилий медицинских и государственных структур общества для достижения целевого результата. Целевым значением времени «симптом – баллон» можно считать время 3 часа.
