Аннотация

В первой части обзорной статьи освещена эволюция представлений о желудочковых нарушениях ритма, причисляемых современной классификацией к категории идиопатических. Обсуждается вопрос о доброкачественности и «идиопатичности» желудочковых аритмий у пациентов без структурной патологии сердца.
