Европейский конгресс кардиологов: фокус на питание

Аннотация

Последние десятилетия проблема связи характера питания и сердечно-сосудистого здоровья населения является предметом пристального изучения и обсуждения. Очередной Европейский конгресс кардиологов не стал исключением. Данная статья посвящена обсуждению основных вопросов, озвученных на этом мероприятии. Изучение рациона питания населения должно включать не только сбор данных о фактическом питании, но и анализ образа жизни, социально-экономического положения населения, качества продуктов, а также факт замены макроэлементов. Дизайн исследований, посвященных изучению питания, должен включать долгосрочный крупномасштабный проект, учитывающий как этническую, так и социально-экономическую составляющую жизни населения, а также вопросы приверженности тому или иному стереотипу питания.
