Аннотация

Основные положения

  • Исходы коронарного шунтирования в женской популяции остаются хуже в сравнении с мужчинами.
  • Обзор охватывает ключевые работы, посвященные изучению реваскуляризации миокарда у женщин.

 

Резюме

За 60 лет коронарное шунтирование превратилось в широко распространенную эффективную и безопасную процедуру, которая демонстрирует постоянное снижение числа послеоперационных осложнений. При этом исторически женщины имеют более неблагоприятное послеоперационное течение по сравнению с мужчинами. Женский пол является независимым фактором интраоперационной, ближайшей и отдаленной смертности, обусловленной коронарным шунтированием. В статье представлены история изучения и сравнение исходов коронарного шунтирования у мужчин и женщин, упомянуты причины неблагоприятных исходов среди женщин, а также перспективы изучения данной проблемы.
